"Sakura" term use for my cookies is suppose to be resemble cherries pattern and colours. I'm very pleased to have purchased this cherries cookies cutter:
however, discover that the cherry's colour still not perfectly achievable!
Overall the cookies texture is butter cookies form mere melt in your mouth. But, I think I have put too much rose essence that might make the taste bud rather too strong rose amrose.
Hmm..... is this a good idea to make this cookies for Teacher's Day, Children's Day, Birthday Gift and many other festivals?
Will like to try again this cookies making with the pattern as shown in the image:
