Chanced upon this Strawberry Jam Swiss Roll Cake recipe that do not requires butter. This is my 1st endeavor making Swiss Roll Cake.

Due to first time rolling a Swiss Roll, I failed to make a nice roll shape. And added to the unsuccessful, have forgotten to place a butter paper beneath the cake for easier rolling up. However, I do like the taste of the Swiss Roll and the texture assemble of Kuih Bahulu.
Have to make another attempt to make this Swiss Roll.
