Attracted by an online recipe with nicely baked Traditional Egg Cake in Cup form and by looking at the baking ingredients and steps, is rather easy to hand-on. So I decided to follow the recipe and baked this Honey Egg Cake (鸡蛋糕）.
BTW, in the ingreditents picture, I saw there are Honey to be used. But I could not find any picture adding Honey into the batter. Maybe forgotten to take picture when adding in the Honey.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the baking. The texture is soft and moist. Thru I think the mini cake do not rise high enough for a perfect outlook!
