Parmesan Cheese Cookies (1st Attempt)

Made an attempt to make Parmesan Cheese Cookies.

It is said that adding Parmesan cheese to cookies is borned when the West meets the East. By adding the Western’s common ingredient, parmesan cheese, to our classic butter cookie mix, the result is a totally new creation!  The taste of the cookie is superb, with the little cookie melting in mouth almost instantaneously. And the original receipt’s cookies image is like an open gesture to welcome you to try them immediately.

End Result Thumb Up or Thumb Down?

Hmm...... Is quite difficult to control the temperature of this cookies baked. Turn to low temperature, the texture of the cookies seems look very white. And if tune to a higher temperature, the cookies tend to overbaked very quickly. This Parmesan Cheese Cookies recipe is overall cheesy taste near to salty. And during the dough shaping,  with the lack of proper piping bags, the shape of the cookies rather messy. There are a tip to chill the cookies to make it better taste.

3rd Tray Baked Cookies

I don't concluded this baked is a success as I'm have not really tried a real homemade Parmesan Cheese Cookies ever. Really need more attempts to compare.
