As the CNY 2019 is the Year of the Pig. Hence, following many of other bakers, I also hands on making this year very popular CNY cookies - German Pig Cookies.

This is a 3D shaped cookies, and compare to the other bakers, the pig I made really resemble those last time traditional "猪头" that especially used by Loan Sharks to harassing debtors. Overall, the taste is consider fine but still a bit harden and could not achieve those "melt in your mouth" sensation. Nevertheless, Bake it! Post it! Eat it! in this order is more essential than the taste.:)
