Marble Mini Cupcake

Due to other interests and life commitments, it has been a while since I last experienced baking.  So this day really need to start the engine going, if not, the momentum of baking will generally faded away. With the available ingredients found, I could make a Marble Cake. And this time I'm going to use mini paper cup for the cake.

End Result Thumb Up or Down?

I still think I do not achieve an excellent rise of this cake. But the texture and taste is rather good.
